Instead of weekly sessions that stretch over months, this intensive is designed to help you move through a specific issue in a concentrated, supportive format. Over the course of three extended sessions + one follow-up, we’ll work together to:

• Process and resolve the distress using EMDR

• Strengthen more adaptive, grounded beliefs

What We’ll Do Together

Day 1: Understanding Your Experience (90 minutes)

We begin by getting a clear, comprehensive picture of your story, current concerns, and strengths. This sets the foundation for focused, effective work.

Day 2: Clarifying What Feels Stuck (90 minutes)

We identify the core beliefs, emotional patterns, and body-based responses connected to your distress—and define clear goals for our work together.

Day 3: EMDR Processing (90 minutes)

Using EMDR and bilateral stimulation (eye movements, tapping, or sound), we target and reprocess the identified stressor—helping your system move toward resolution and relief.

Day 4: Integration & Next Steps (30 minutes)

We check in on your progress, assess changes in distress, and determine what support—if any—you may want moving forward.
